Brian Swette has more than 25 years of international marketing, strategy, and general management experience helping consumer-oriented companies scale their business. In addition to Shutterfly, Inc., Swette currently serves on the board of directors for Jamba Juice, CBL Partners, FRS Company and Care.com. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of eBay, Swette oversaw its international expansion, marketing and customer support that made eBay the most successful e-commerce site on the Internet. Swette was instrumental in expanding eBay into new product categories and his addition of used cars turned eBay into the country's biggest car dealer. During his time at eBay, Swette helped to establish the eBay brand by focusing on the unique relationships that the company built with its users and the sense of community created by the eBay Web site. Prior to eBay, Swette was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Pepsi-Cola. Swette is a Trustee of Arizona State University, Endeavor.org and The Global Institute of Sustainability. Mr. Swette holds a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University.

A Partner of Cedar Grove Investments, LLC, which he co-founded in 1999, Mr. Hughes has a strong background in venture capital and 30 years' experience in publishing and photography industries. At Cedar Grove Investments, LLC, Hughes' investment focus is on e-commerce. Prior to founding Cedar Grove Investments, LLC, Hughes gained valuable experience as the President and Co-Founder of PhotoDisc, the first e-commerce site for licensing photos that was purchased by Getty Images, Inc. during its IPO roadshow in 1999, and as the President of Northshore Publishing Systems, Inc., a value-added reseller of PC imagesetters, publishing software and equipment for the publishing industry. Recently, Hughes served as Vice Present at Flickr, an image hosting and video hosting website owned by Yahoo! Inc. Hughes has served on numerous boards including PhotoDisc, Loudeye, Inc., Avenue A, Inc./ aQuantive, Avolo.com, Talisma, RPI Print, Inc., and Treering.com. Hughes earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Washington where he was extensively involved with many aspects of the college's newspaper.

Eva has more than 30 years of experience leading product and engineering teams, designing and building innovative customer products and services in the technology industry. She holds 16 patents issued in the areas of imaging, operating systems, and user interaction. Most recently, Eva served an 11 year tenure as vice-president of consumer shopping experience at Amazon.com. At Amazon, Eva's responsibilities included leading the worldwide development of core consumer-facing features, functionality and user interface designs across multiple websites, mobile apps, and business lines. She further led cross-company initiatives around customer experience, design, and innovation. Prior to joining Amazon, Eva was the co-founder and senior vice president of products at Shutterfly. She has also held roles at KeepMedia, LivePicture Inc. and Silicon Graphics. Eva earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
